Optimum Wellbeing Synergy is a dynamic, eclectic mix of talks, demos and workshops covering everything from confidence building, yoga, meditation and dance, to sound healing, creative jewellery making, Sleep Talk parenting technique and personal development.

The Drawing Room at the fabulous Jacobean Crewe Hall will attract over 20 exhibitors - organisations and companies with a wealth of experience and expertise, treatments and treats for you to sample including opportunities to meet therapists and indulge in some retail therapy from books, jewellery, and natural skincare products to language learning courses, cookery holidays and yoga retreats.

We have hand-picked a diverse mix of quality teachers, speakers and performers; all leaders in their respective fields. We know that great workshops are made, not by just having great facilitators, but by creating an atmosphere that you can relax and let go in. This is why our workshop rooms enjoy an abundance of natural daylight and held away from the hustle-and-bustle of the main exhibitor area.

Admission Prices

All talks and demos are included in the price of the Advance Day Ticket at £8.00pp. A small supplementary fee is required for some workshops. You are advised to book well in advance.

*Concessions £8.00pp  Senior citizens, disabled, unemployed, NUS students and NHS nurses on production of relevant supporting ID (accompanied children under 15 free).

Entrance tickets are available during the event at £10.00pp. Workshop tickets are also available at the event, subject to availability.
